• Providing verbal consent during a call.
• Sending an SMS message to Vemax (inbound SMS = opt-in).
All opt-ins are documented and timestamped in our CRM.
Users may receive:
• Appointment reminders
• Enrollment updates
• Support notifications
• General service information
Message frequency varies.
Users can stop SMS messaging at any time by replying:
• STOP – unsubscribes immediately
• HELP – provides assistance
We use SMS data only for communication purposes. We do not sell or share SMS data.
