Vemax – SMS Opt-In Disclosure

This page explains how Vemax obtains, manages, and honors SMS opt-in consent.

1. How Users Opt-In

Users consent to SMS messages by:
• Submitting their phone number on a Vemax form that displays:
“By submitting this form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Vemax related to
updates, reminders, and support. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg & data rates may apply.”
• Providing verbal consent during a call.
• Sending an SMS message to Vemax (inbound SMS = opt-in).
All opt-ins are documented and timestamped in our CRM.

2. Types of Messages

Users may receive:
• Appointment reminders
• Enrollment updates
• Support notifications
• General service information
Message frequency varies.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

Users can stop SMS messaging at any time by replying:
• STOP – unsubscribes immediately
• HELP – provides assistance

4. Data Use & Storage

We use SMS data only for communication purposes. We do not sell or share SMS data.
Messages may be stored for compliance and support purposes.
